No minimum purchase required. 

 

US Shipping is $15

We offer free US standard shipping including Hawaii and Alaska for order of $150 and more. 

If the order is placed after 2 pm Eastern Time, please allow one (1) business day for items to leave warehouse.

Rush orders

You will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, please contact our customer service by 12:00 pm (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Returns and Exchanges

  Returns*

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the product(s) in new and unworn condition in the original packaging with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase for a full refund.

Please contact our customer care representative to receive instructions at customer_service@glidesoul.com.

All costs associated with your return are your responsibility.

Except for special sale “no return” items. All "on sale" merchandise is considered final sale and can't be returned. However it can be exchanged for different size.

  Returns of the orders shipped by Expedited Mail

If the order was shipped by Expedited mail (2nd Day Air) the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 10 working days, on average, after we have received the original item(s). The refund will be issued to the original card/account.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

  • Damage caused by extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow instruction provided with this product.
  • Damage caused by anything other than defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Use in commercial, rental, teaching or instructional programs or activities.
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches and fading.
  • Wetsuits repaired by other repair service.

To ensure you're covered by the best guarantee in the business, please make sure you keep your proof of purchase in a safe place.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please take a digital photo of the defect and email it to us along with a proof of purchase, to customer_service@glidesoul.com. We will send you a free-return-shipment label. When we receive the product back we will issue your refund.

 

Received the Wrong Item

If we shipped you the wrong item, please call our Customer Service at  customer_service@glidesoul.com.
