Terms and conditions
By using the GlideSoul website, you consent to, and are contractually bound by, the following terms and conditions (which we may change for time to time – so please check back each time you use our site):
Orders: All orders placed on the GlideSoul website are subject to acceptance by GlideSoul.
Pricing: Shipping and any applicable sales tax will be added to the price of all orders.
Payment: We accept VISA/MC/AmEx/Discover/PayPal.
Order processing: We process all orders on the day they are received (if received by 4 pm Eastern time) or on the next business day (otherwise). If for any reason we are unable to process your order, we will let you know and, if your credit card payment has already been made, we will refund your payment. If your order is returned as undeliverable, we will notify you and await instructions; if re-shipment requires a new shipping charge, we will notify you.
Shipment: We can only accept orders for shipments to U.S., Canada and APO/FPO addresses; for shipments to other countries please see our international website here.
Warranty: We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you aren’t satisfied with your GlideSoul product, just return it to us in unused condition within 30 days of purchase;* or if it turns out to be defective, within 12 months of purchase, and we will issue a full refund (minus original shipping costs for returns of non-defective products.)
* Except for special sale “no return” items.
Returns: For returns within 30 days of purchase, just send us an email requesting a refund, along with a proof of purchase, to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your product is defective, please take a digital photo of the defect and email it to us along with a proof of purchase, to email@example.com. When we receive the product back we will issue your refund.
Security: For areas of our website that require a username and password to access, you are responsible for keeping your password secure, and for any activity that occurs on the site under your username. If your password has been compromised, change your password or notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Intellectual property: By uploading a file or other content or by making a comment, you represent and warrant to us that doing so does not violate or infringe anyone else’s rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use whatever you uploaded, display it online in any present or future media, and to make derivative works of it.
NOTICES OF CLAIMED COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
If you see anything on our site that you believe infringes your copyright rights, you may notify our Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") agent by sending the following information:
• Identification of the copyrighted work or works claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the URL or other information to enable us to locate the material;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by you as copyright owner, or by your agent, or by law;
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the exclusive copyright right that is allegedly being infringed.
• Your physical or electronic signature, or of someone authorized to act on your behalf;
• Instructions on how we may contact you: preferably email, but also address and phone;

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING ELSE STATED IN THESE TERMS, AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER GLIDESOUL TAKES OR DOES NOT TAKE MEASURES TO REMOVE INAPPROPRIATE OR HARMFUL CONTENT FROM ITS SITE, GLIDESOUL HAS NO DUTY TO MONITOR ANY CONTENT ON ITS SITE. GlideSoul will not be liable for the loss of any services and/or of any images or other data you may have stored on GlideSoul’s site. Your sole remedy is to discontinue the use of our service.
